The website provides general information about Emuna Sites and its services. Website information is not a binding offer unless stated in a signed proposal or agreement. Pricing, availability and features may change.

Website projects are quoted before work begins. Half of the quoted price is due to start, and the balance is due before the finished site goes live. The starting payment covers design and build time already spent, so it is not refundable once that work has begun. If we do not deliver the site we agreed to, the balance is not owed and the starting payment is returned.

Where a service is billed monthly, it continues until you cancel and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date; we do not refund part of a month already begun. Prices are in US dollars, and payments are handled by a third-party payment processor — card details go to them, never to us. These terms cover the general arrangement; the specific scope, price and schedule of your project are whatever your written proposal says.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, scrape in violation of law or terms, transmit malicious code, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful activity.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, graphics, code and brand elements are owned by or licensed to Emuna Labs. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission.

Third-party links and services are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse their availability, security, content or privacy practices.
